Single Board Computers and Embedded Motherboards 

²ÝÝ®ÊÓƵ single board computers and embedded motherboards are warranted to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of five years from the date of delivery to the original purchaser. 

Standard and Custom System Products 

All boards used in systems delivered by ²ÝÝ®ÊÓƵ are covered under a pass-through warranty. For example system sub-components including but not limited to power supplies, DVDs, CD-ROMS, etc. are covered under their original manufacturer’s warranty for a period of up to one year. 

Repair or replacement products will be warranted for a period of three months from the date of shipment, or for the remainder of the original warranty period for that particular product, whichever is longer. Any software or firmware that is delivered by ²ÝÝ®ÊÓƵ will be warranted for a period of one year to perform in accordance with published specifications prepared, approved and issued by ²ÝÝ®ÊÓƵ and/or the appropriate 3rd party vendor. Buyer agrees that if a ²ÝÝ®ÊÓƵ product proves defective, ²ÝÝ®ÊÓƵ is only obligated to repair, replace or refund the purchase price of this product at ²ÝÝ®ÊÓƵ’s discretion. The warranty is void if the product has been subjected to alteration, neglect, misuse, or abuse; if any repairs have been attempted by anyone other than ²ÝÝ®ÊÓƵ; or if failure is caused by accident, acts of God, or other causes beyond the control of ²ÝÝ®ÊÓƵ. ²ÝÝ®ÊÓƵ reserves the right to make changes or improvements in any product without incurring any obligation to similarly alter products previously purchased.
